1) The hydraulic oil radiator or water tank is seriously blocked. Heavy-duty trucks work in harsh environments all year round. Therefore, there are often a lot of dust and small debris clogging the exterior of the hydraulic radiator and water tank radiator, especially the hydraulic oil radiator with a small amount of leakage. When there is oil pollution, just plug the radiator behind the water tank (dust is directly attached to the hydraulic oil), so pay attention to whether the hydraulic radiator leaks. Because the fan of the heavy truck radiator draws wind from the hydraulic oil radiator to the engine to dissipate heat. Therefore, when the heavy truck radiator sucks air, it also entrains dust, which causes the dust to stick to the leaking hydraulic radiator, making the radiator unable to dissipate heat well, and then the water temperature rises!
Treatment suggestion: Use the car washer to adjust the water gun to the atomized state, and spray the hydraulic oil radiator and water tank repeatedly until the dusty area has been cleared by the naked eye. Be careful not to adjust the water gun to a solid water column shape, so as not to damage the hydraulic oil radiator and water tank.
2) Heavy truck radiator cylinder bed stamping cylinder I don’t know if we have noticed the water in the water tank when it circulates? Will there be small bubbles? If this happens, the cylinder head gasket of the engine will have a hole punching problem.
Treatment suggestion: replace the cylinder bed. Note: When installing the cylinder head, please use a torque wrench to press the corresponding torque device, and do not use brute force.
3) The radiator water pump of the heavy truck is broken. Check the water pump, engine, and pinch the water tank outlet pipe with your hands. Assuming that the pinch time is long and difficult, it means that there is no problem with the water pump. If it is just squeezing, it means that the pump is not circulating well! Poor water circulation means that the water pump is damaged.
Treatment suggestion: replace the water pump. Note: When manufacturing the equipment, remember to put some sealant on the mat.
